How long does processing and shipping take?
Processing usually takes from 1-3 business days. Most orders get shipped out within 2 days but may on occasion be shipped out on the 3rd day depending on when the order was placed. Shipping can take 3-7 business days depending on what level of shipping you chose at checkout. Standard shipping is the base level if you didn’t have to choose it during checkout, and will take 3-7 business days. If you need an order quicker, send me a message on the platform you plan to purchase on and I can send an updated price with the cost of rush shipping.
I received my order, but can’t get the herbs out of the 10 ml container. What do I do?
Since I try to pack in as much product for you as possible, you may need to use food-safe tweezers to get the herbs out. Simply take the tweezers, or any plier-type of tool, and grab out the herb! This usually works like a charm and these are helpful to have on hand for your other apothecary needs.
Oh no! My order was shipped to the wrong address. What do I do?
Email me at email@example.com and let me know what happened! Let’s try to figure out how to remedy this situation! Try to give me all the information you can about your order, including what platform you bought from me on, your order # (if applicable), and what happened. I’ll do my best to help you as quickly as possible! I usually respond to emails within 24 hours, but may not respond until 48 hours afterwards depending on the business week.
What if the order doesn’t match the description?
Thankfully, since I’m the only person running my business, there’s no middle-man. Which means, it’s a rare occurrence that anything will arrive not as described. If something happens in shipping, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and send me pictures of the damaged shipping materials and the damaged products! I try my best to put as detailed descriptions as possible, and I add as many pictures as possible when I can (unless it’s for a mystery bag or something like that). Make sure to read all descriptions carefully and fully before you purchase! I want you to love your items when you receive them, so having the right expectations is a must.
Do you take returns?
Due to the nature of the products I sell, I do not accept returns. Many of the items are intuitively chosen to suit the buyer when the items are bought. Plus, any food, herbs, or anything else like that can’t be returned. If you have questions about ingredients, taste profiles, or anything else regarding my items, send me a message before you buy! I’d rather help you determine whether you’ll love an item before you purchase to avoid any confusion or lengthy processes. I’m happy to help and won’t ever recommend anything to you that I truly don’t believe you’ll love!
